CCEMS
ADMINISTRATIVE LEADERSHIP
TEAM
"Effective leaders bring out
the best in people by
stimulating them to achieve
what they thought was
impossible. . ."
Putting
together an effective
management team is one of
the first challenges any
business or organization
must face. Ideally, the
people who possess the
skills and talents for the
various assignments will get
along with each other. But,
when everyone is dedicated,
efficient, creative and
works together as a team,
expect success.
This is the
enviable position that
Cypress Creek EMS has
reached at the threshold of
the 21st Century. After 25
years of growth and
innovation, the organization
works like a finely tuned
instrument defining new
goals as the old ones are
accomplished.
Managing
this emergency service
organization involves
extraordinary coordination
and communication to
schedule volunteers and
equipment around the clock
for all seven stations, to
receive and dispatch the
hundreds of 9-1-1 calls that
come in every day, and to
keep the fleet of mobile
intensive care units on the
road.
