Basic TOMS Course and Registration Basic Tactical Operational Medical Support Course Spring Class – 2011 (TBA) Fall Class – October 3-10, 2010 Travel days are the day before and the day after PRESENTED BY THE CYPRESS CREEK ADVANCED TACTICAL TEAM Course Description:This International, 81 hour, 6 day total immersion course in tactical operational medical support is open to the EMT Basic and above to prepare and train them to operate within a tactical environment. This course is accredited by the Continuing Education Coordinating Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS). P.O.S.T.- 81 CE Hours EMS - 81 CE Hours Course Topics:
Cost:$1375.00 (includes tuition, lodging, all meals) Payment Method:We accept Visa, MC, Amex, checks, MO, and department issued Purchase Orders Deposit Policy: Please understand that Cypress Creek EMS and the Cypress Creek Advanced Tactical Team are 501 c(3) non-profit corporations. Class size is kept to a specific level to maximize the student to instructor ratio, which is for the benefit of the students; therefore, no reservation will be held and you will not be registered for the class until a deposit has been received. All registrations MUST be paid in full 30-days prior to the course start date. Department issued purchase orders will serve as payment in full, provided the purchase order is for the full registration fee. Deposit Amount: $500.00 Refund Policy: If your class is canceled, your deposit is fully refundable. If you cancel at least 30 days prior to the first day of class, half of your deposit/registration fee is refundable, OR the full deposit can be applied to hold another available class slot. If you cancel with less than 30 days before the beginning of your class, your registration fee becomes totally NON-REFUNDABLE. The program director will have the discretion to apply half of your deposit/registration fees toward the next available class. All cancellations must be made in writing or by email to cancel @ ccatt.org. If email is unavailable then contact Wren Nealy Jr. at 281-639-7338. It is the students sole responsibility to assure the cancellation has been received within the above specified time frame to comply with the refund policy.
