Ride-Along Program Purpose
To allow members of the community to observe Cypress Creek EMS staff and volunteers providing patient care and gain valuable insight into the services provided to FM1960 area residents. Participants in the Ride-Along program will experience, first hand, the satisfaction in helping their neighbors during an emergency.
Procedure
To apply for the Ride-Along program, simply fill out the application and the disclaimers and return it to Cypress Creek EMS. The application may be obtained by contacting Cypress Creek EMS at 281-378-0800. Once the application and the disclaimers are received and reviewed for completeness, a Cypress Creek EMS representative will contact you to schedule your time on the ambulance. Cypress Creek EMS has nine stations located in Northwest Harris County. Shifts are from 7am to 6pm and from 6pm to 7am. If at all possible, we will allow you to ride at the station and on the shift of your choice. You will be given exact station locations and uniform requirements after your application has been approved. Please fill out the Ride Along Application to sign up. The following documents must also be received.
