Please join us in welcoming our newest Critical Care Educator, Chris Meeks!

Chris is a paramedic coming to us from Tulsa Oklahoma.

With nearly 10 years of experience in the field of EMS Chris has found his life’s passion providing pre-hospital patient care and education. Starting his career at EMSA Tulsa as a new paramedic and completing it as a field educator before continuing to work as a flight paramedic and clinical base supervisor at Tulsa Life Flight.

Chris brings a diverse background of EMS experience. After completing courses in education and obtaining a degree from Tulsa Community College Chris began traveling the country providing flight and critical care education for nurses and paramedics with the FlightBridgeED program. In 2018 Chris began the “Mind Body Medic” podcast series which is a free education and leadership resource for clinicians looking to grow in their clinical and professional practices. His podcast represents his drive to grow the field and encourage others. What drives Chris to education and leadership in EMS is knowing that the number of people he can help is limited to the number of calls he can run. However, if he works hard to encourage, educate, and invest in others that the number of lives saved can grow exponentially.
