Enrique Lima
Enrique LimaPresident
CCEMS Board of Directors President Enrique Lima is a passionately active member of the Northwest Houston community. Mr. Lima moved to the United States from Guatemala at the age of just six months old and was raised in the Houston area. A successful real estate broker with the Real Estate Brokerage Group for nearly 20 years, Enrique Lima brings to the leadership of CCEMS his intimate knowledge of Houston’s market trends and opportunities.

Mr. Lima has extensive experience serving on the leadership boards of many area civic groups including having served as Chairman of the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chairman of the Sam Houston Area Boy Scout Council, a Director of Leadership North Houston, Vice President of the Klein ISD Education Foundation, Chairman of the Grow Northwest Economic Development Committee, and a board member of Renaissance 1960. Most recently he was selected as the 2015 recipient of the “Shepperd Pathfinder Award” a Texas Leadership Award from the John Ben Shepperd (JBS) Institute.

Mr. Lima and his wife are the proud parents of three children with one on the way

Eric SeymourPresident-Elect
CCEMS Board of Directors President-elect Eric Seymour leads the sales strategy and direction for the western regions of the US for HungerRush, a restaurant management technology company. Mr. Seymour’s unique background as a Navy Corpsman stationed with the Marines and running EMS at Naval Station Jacksonville, FL, and Camp Lejeune, NC allows him to bring to the board the unique perspective of a paramedic with an eye for using technology to solve healthcare problems.

Since joining HungerRush in early 2019, Eric Seymour has grown and developed his sales team to reach new markets and concepts throughout his dedicated regions. Mr. Seymour has a number of leadership roles for companies within the medical industry based in Houston, TX as Director of Sales, as well as Director of EMS Sales. Most recently, Eric owned and operated Austin POS, a leading provider of restaurant POS solutions to a variety of hospitality establishments including restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which was acquired by HungerRush.

Mr. Seymour and his wife also run the non-profit Back the Badges Foundation that annually provides barbeque events to thank first responders in Austin and Houston.

Keith BarberTreasurer
As Chief Executive Officer of Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital, Keith Barber brings to the CCEMS board his extensive expertise running a thriving medical institution. Mr. Barber joined Houston Methodist in 2012 and had an immediate impact, helping the hospital thrive and grow to better serve the community. As Treasurer of the CCEMS Board of Directors, Mr. Barber is doing the same.

Keith Barber has more than 25 years of health care management experience in both non-profit and for profit systems. Over the span of his career, he has held executive positions including, CFO, COO, and interim CEO in Northwest Houston. He has an exceptional track record of strong leadership in hospital finance, operations and strategic development. In addition, Mr. Barber is strongly aligned with the Houston Methodist I CARE (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence) Values.

Keith Barber earned his Master of Healthcare Administration at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. In addition, he has lived in the Northwest Houston community for 14 years. He is married with three children.

David Patton
David PattonSecretary
David Patton has served on the board of CCEMS since 2013, bringing with him invaluable decades of ethical experience as a licensed broker in his role as head of The Patton Team with Heritage Texas Properties. Highly acclaimed by his clients, David Patton knows his community and has achieved over 1000 hours of education to further expand his offerings to them. In addition to being named small business of the year by the Small Business Administration, Mr. Patton has been named a Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene company-wide top producer, and number one office producer in listings, sales and production. Team Patton’s success led to over 28 million in sales for 2020 alone.

A graduate of Texas A&M, David continues his family’s legacy of volunteering by supporting the American Heart Association as a past Circle of Red Co-Chair, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as a past committee chair, and Klein Volunteer Fire Department as a past firefighter.

Mr. Patton’s dedication to his community is reflected in his tireless efforts as Secretary for CCEMS Board of Directors.

Glen HenningPast President
Former CCEMS Board President Glen Henning is a Texas Registered Professional Engineer who retired from ExxonMobil Upstream Ventures Company in 2018 after over 37 years of employment with the company. While the vast majority of his career was spent in Reservoir Engineering, Mr. Henning also worked in the Research, Production and Development Companies, as well as in Joint Interest Operations, Subsurface Engineering (where he spent over 4 years rotating overseas) and Asset Management.

In his wide-ranging role at ExxonMobil, Mr. Henning worked as a resource and mentor in flood management, WIO communication, antitrust and conflicts of interest through in-house training seminars.

Glen Henning has always felt a need to serve the community from various civic association board positions as well as local Spring/Klein Sports Association Board and committee positions. Mr. Henning served over nine years as a prior member of the Klein Independent School District Board of Trustees, as well as serving on the Board of Directors of CCEMS starting in 2017, most recently as President from August 2019 through December 2020.

David Billings
With more than 45 years-experience in the field of sales and management running his family retail chain of five locations of Billings Jewelers, David Billings brings to the CCEMS board an unmatched understanding of business performance and value creation.

David Billings has served on the CCEMS board for 6 years as well as serving on the Texas Jewelers Association Board of Directors for ten years, the last two years as President. Mr. Billing’s commitment to his craft extends to his community as well, having served on the Harris County Youth Scholarship Foundation Board of Directors, as President of the West End Optimist Club, Vice-President of the
FM 1960 Rotary Club Rotary International, Chairman of the Cypress-Fairbanks Houston Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and as an Ambassador of the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Billings remains committed to the safety and welfare of others through his work advocating and working for CCEMS.

Woody Mitchell
Woody Mitchell is a Lieutenant Investigator with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and serves as Director at Large for Cypress Creek’s Board of Directors. Mr. Mitchell formerly served as the Chief Investigator with the Harris County Attorney’s Office, Major with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, Assistant Chief at the Harris County Constable’s Office, Precinct #4 and brings decades of experience as a front line emergency responder to his advisory position for CCEMS.

Woody Mitchell formerly worked as the Assistant Chief of the Patrol Division – Patrol Operations Humble Substation (Previous Commander Cypresswood Substation). Mr. Mitchell has served in a number of roles in the Administration Division. Woody Mitchell is skilled in: enforcement, police, emergency management, public safety, criminal justice, patrol, interrogation, firearms, SWAT, surveillance, crime prevention, law enforcement operations, field training, investigation, and criminal investigations.
